The tour, in words

As you scroll, eight kinds of work travel along the land into the lodge's door. The lodge turns, becomes a technical drawing, and comes apart into twelve parts, each one a real part of Lodge. Its floor plan then becomes Lodge's Home screen, which you can use.

  1. The work that comes in at the door:
    • Tasks
    • Customers
    • Calendar
    • Scheduling
    • Tickets
    • Messages
    • Files
    • Assistant
  2. Everything your company runs on, under one roof.
    1. Data isolation (M–01, a safeguard): Your data is walled off at the database. No other workspace can read it.
    2. Library (M–02): Private files, with a record of every open.
    3. Tasks & projects (M–03): Who's doing what, in what order.
    4. Sign-in (M–04, a safeguard): Email, Google, or Microsoft sign-in, plus scoped keys for your apps.
    5. Calendar (M–05): Your Google Calendar and Meet, inside Lodge.
    6. Booking (M–06): People outside your company pick a time you're actually free.
    7. Messages (M–07): Channels, threads, DMs.
    8. Customers (M–08): People, companies, and your pipeline.
    9. Tickets (M–09): Every issue, and the fix that worked last time.
    10. Assistant (M–10): Answers from your company's own data, with sources.
    11. Audit log (M–11, a safeguard): A record of who did what, and when.
    12. Access control (M–12, a safeguard): Every page and request checks who's asking.
  3. Walk in. It's all here. It's live. Click in, send a message, ask it anything.

Why I built Lodge.

Lodge started as something I built for my own team.

Where I work, everything was spread across too many places. A decision lived in one thread, the follow-up in another app, and the file somewhere else. So I started building one place to bring it together: messages, tasks, tickets, files, and calendar, all under one roof.

Watching it work was the best part. My team got more organized, and I could see it every day. Helping the people I work with has been more rewarding than anything else I've built, and it made me want to bring that to more teams.

The name comes from something I love: mountain lodges. A lodge is where people gather, get warm, and get ready for the day. It's sturdy, and it holds a lot. It's a meeting hall, a kitchen table, and a home base all at once. That's what I want Lodge to be for a company: one building with a room for everything.

Right now I'm looking for about five companies to run a pilot with me. If your company runs on Google Workspace and has between 10 and 100 people, I'd love to hear from you. You'll work with me directly, have a real say in what gets built next, and be one of the first teams inside the Lodge.

More about Lodge

Come in from the cold.

Every year more of our working lives happen at a screen, and most work software is built like the office it replaced: grey, crowded and impossible to leave, even after you close the tab.

I want Lodge to feel different. Opening your company's tools should feel less like clocking in and more like stepping outside: a quiet cabin, a long view, and room to think.

If you're tired of jumping between Slack, Asana, a shared drive, a CRM and a spreadsheet just to keep track of the work, reach out today and I'll let you in.

Let's start the conversation.
